Introductory Information Before Starting Cooperation

If you are looking to work with us for accounting and tax services for an already established company in Indonesia, please read the following information carefully. If everything suits you, we can discuss further cooperation.

1 - Payment for Services: First, you need to make a payment for the first month of service, starting from 3,000,000 IDR. After you fill out the application, our manager will send you the payment details and the exact amount.

The amount will depend on the number of transactions and the planned annual turnover. For example, an organization with 1 to 10 bank transactions and an annual turnover of up to 100,000 USD will be charged 3,000,000 IDR per month.

2 - Document Submission: After making the payment, you will need to send us the necessary documents related to your company (we will inform you about the specific documents required after payment).

3 - Processing Time: Once we receive your payment and documents, we will need some time to organize and establish the necessary processes for your company. During this period, our tax consultant will review how previous reports were submitted for your company.

ATTENTION!!! At this stage, it is important to understand that you may incur additional expenses. In case reports have not been submitted previously, EVEN IF NO ACTIVITY HAS TAKEN PLACE.

But what is IMPORTANT!!!

The exact amount of the additional payment for submitting reports for previous periods (if required) can only be provided AFTER A CHECK BY A TAX CONSULTANT.

For example:

We begin our cooperation in March 2023.
Your company was established in November (or any month) 2022.
No activities have been conducted under it.

After the check, for instance, it is discovered that the following reports were not submitted:

1 - Annual report for 2022 (to be submitted by April of the year following the reporting year) = 4,000,000 IDR
2 - Annual tax report for the director = 1,000,000 IDR

In total, you will need to transfer: 5,000,000 IDR

What one-time expenses might be:

Annual report – 4,000,000 IDR (please note that this expense will occur every year)

Open tax ID for the director and make EFIN – 700,000 IDR

Open tax ID for the commissioner and make EFIN – 700,000 IDR

Report annual tax for the company and make EFIN – 2,500,000 IDR (Zero report)

Report annual tax for the director – 1,000,000 IDR

Report annual tax for the commissioner – 1,000,000 IDR

Report LKPM for the company every 3 months – 1,000,000 IDR (every 3 month)

*ONCE AGAIN, WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT!!! Everything mentioned is conditional; we will know the exact details only after our tax agent conducts the audit.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT EACH CASE IS INDIVIDUAL.

AND IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RESOLVE THESE "TAILS" TO ENSURE THAT YOU CAN MANAGE YOUR COMPANY'S BUSINESS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL INDONESIAN REGULATIONS.

If, for any reason, the additional payment amount does not suit you, we will terminate our cooperation and refund the previously paid amount for the monthly company management, minus 1,500,000 IDR for the company audit, as many resources have been involved.
